Chef Ouita Michel is celebrating Holly Hill Inn's 40-year anniversary during our annual Cassoulet event! We'll have live music, a special French wine tasting, cassoulet history session and more!
Cassoulet is a French, slow-cooked, one-pot meal that takes weeks to prepare. Chef Michel's traditional recipe uses local lamb, confit of goose, fresh-cured pork, garlic sausage and white beans. She also makes a delicious vegan version. We look forward to Cassoulet each year — come join us!
Three-Course Cassoulet Lunch, reservations noon-3 p.m.
Four-Course Cassoulet Dinner, reservations beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Live Music by TDH at both lunch and dinner.
